If you’re wondering how tall the Eureka Skydeck in Melbourne is, wonder no more. As mentioned, the Eureka Skydeck is located on the 88th floor of Melbourne’s tallest building, the Eureka Tower, which stands at a staggering 297.3 m high. Visitors access the 88th floor by elevator, which takes 45 seconds to reach.

Melbourne Skydeck Review

So now that you know everything there is to know about the Melbourne Skydeck Attraction, I bet you’re wondering what I thought about it. Well, let me tell you, it’s an experience not to be missed.

I’ve been to make similar attractions within Australia and overseas, but there was something about Melbourne Skydeck that made it stand apart from the others. The fact that we have Melbourne as our backdrop plays a big role, but beyond this, Melbourne Skydeck offers something different.

The view from the Skydeck Melbourne is nothing short of breathtaking. As soon as you walk through the doors, you’re met with panoramic views of the cityscape and the surrounding countryside.  I’ve seen Melbourne from many angles, but nothing compares to seeing it in this light from this advantage point. Simply breathtaking.

Whether you’re looking out at the river or watching the hustle and bustle of the city streets below, it’s a truly unique experience worth every cent of the admission fee.

The three floors really do offer something different. The first floor is great for getting your bearings and getting a feel for the scale of the city. The second floor is perfect for people-watching, as you can see right down into the streets below. And the third floor? That’s where you can get up close and personal with some of Melbourne’s most iconic buildings.

If you’re visiting Melbourne, or even if you’re a Melbourne local, I would highly recommend heading to the Skydeck. It’s an experience you won’t forget any time soon – unless, of course, you’re scared of heights. In this case, you may want to give this experience a pass!
